Robert, I guess I should have stated * recommendations*. on www.diabetes.org they have a listing of Clinical Practice Recommendations 2001. They are down-loadable, but you can also order a hard copy, which were published in Diabetes Care. Fairly complete. Kindest regards, Rick Connors |
