Generally such an issue in the operations managment organogram is
benefecial as the operations will include under its umbrella , in
addition to the manufacturing process the supporting units like
engineering , warehousing and inventory control , those operations
are supervised for complience by the quality assurance unit, to
assure the complience of the output with specifications .
