Dear Dinesh

I would suggest that you monitor the intensity of the lamp and
discard
it when it falls below the desired value. I am not sure how these
'standard' hours are calculated. Intensity of the lamp would vary
based on numerous things, some of which include the number of times
its turned on and off.
