[RegAffairs]Osmolarity of Subcutaneous Injections

Hi All.

Does anyone know what the limits are for the osmolarity of a 
subcutaneous injection? Is there an FDA or EMEA guideline on the 
subject? If there are no limits, does anyone know what levels of 
osmolarity to avoid (for example, levels that may cause pain or 
irritation at injection sight).
